Nikki Bella Says Thirst Traps Are the Only Time She Gets Real Attention

Alexa Bliss Fires Back After Trolls Mock Her for ‘Looking Old’ at 34

WWE superstar Alexa Bliss is setting the record straight after being mocked online for supposedly “looking old” at just 34. The criticism surfaced after Bliss appeared in a close-up promo on a recent episode of Raw on Netflix, where one viewer shared a screenshot and questioned why she looked “older than she used to.”

The post quickly went viral, with some fans pointing out that Bliss has simply aged naturally since joining WWE back in 2013. But Bliss didn’t let the negativity slide. She responded directly on X, explaining the reality behind her appearance—and it has nothing to do with “aging poorly.”

According to Bliss, juggling WWE’s intense schedule while being a full-time mom to her two-year-old daughter, Hendrix, has taken a toll.

“I’ve seen the tweets — and all I can say is having only one full day at home a week with our nonstop schedule and being a full-time mom and constantly fighting exhaustion will definitely take a toll on my appearance,” she wrote.

Fans quickly jumped to her defense.
One supporter commented, “You literally don’t age, Alexa. Ignore the noise — we love you!”
Another insisted, “You still look like you’re in your early twenties, Queen.”
A third fan criticized the troll directly, calling the comment “fragile and unnecessary.”

Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time Bliss has been attacked over her looks. Earlier this year, she was labeled an “old lady” after defeating Chelsea Green to qualify for the Money in the Bank ladder match. In classic Alexa fashion, she clapped back with humor: “BRB — scheduling my Botox appointment.”

Bliss has been a prominent figure in WWE since signing in 2013. After debuting on the main roster in 2016, she rapidly became one of the company’s top stars—winning two SmackDown Women’s Championships, three Raw Women’s Championships, and four Women’s Tag Team Titles, including a run with Charlotte Flair.

Beyond wrestling, she has appeared on Total Divas, competed on The Masked Singer in 2023, and even voiced a character in the anime film Sakamoto Days. Bliss married musician Ryan Cabrera in 2022, calling their Palm Desert wedding “non-traditional” and “rockstar.” The couple welcomed their daughter Hendrix Rouge in 2023.

Alexa Bliss continues to prove that confidence, strength, and resilience matter far more than online criticism—and her fans clearly agree.
